» We grow and produce our own organic fruits & vegetables, to use in our restaurants;
» We contribute to a significant reduction of C02 with a 10 hectare forest of valuable broad-leaved trees (Walnut, Cherry & Ash) and over 20 further hectares of dense, flourishing brushwood ;
» We recycle and re-use ALL of our waste: organic, paper, glass, plastic, metals, wood and special refuse;
» We have installed photovoltaic panels to produce electrical energy up to 20 kw;
» We have bought electric buggies which we use for people and equipment movement, within our complex, to reduce the consumption of petrol;
» We are running a natural water effluent system through a plantation of herbal purification;
» With regards to cleaning & house-keeping, we use natural products: e.g. vinegars and biodegradable soaps;
» All of our lights use energy saving bulbs, which are disposed of in the correct containers, we religiously monitor the turning-on, and off, of lights to reduce unnecessary consumption;
» We distribute, in connection with “Aam Terra Nuova”, The “Terra Nuova” magazine - meaning ‘New Earth’ magazine - a monthly magazine promoting the use of natural foods, non-conventional medicines, and a supportive style of life - non-competitive and in harmony with nature;
» We promote and host ‘Zero Impact’ events in connection with “Lifegate” – Italian portal for Eco-Culture – www.lifegate.it;
» We are the promoters and organisers of “A Lunch For All The Children of the World”. A day dedicated to charity and non-profit making – in conjunction with “A.s.e.m” & “Mother & Child foundation”;
» We are the first Italian company on the international circuit of the“Green Hotels Association” to continue to raise awareness of their tourist slogan “PROTECT OUR ONE AND ONLY EARTH!” – through the use of alternative energy, reducing the waste of water and the production and recycling of rubbish.

Create the first truly “Green” fast food outlets, locating them in agricultural sheds, where exclusively biological products unite to provide a completely ‘organic’ service. Based on single-use completely recyclable items, we will try to recreate the true harmony of taste, health and environment .
